Requirements

  • 3+ years administrative operations in tech, consulting, or media
  • Advanced document and spreadsheet skills (formulas, formatting, templates)
  • Excellent organization, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Discretion handling contracts, invoices, and sensitive information
  • Comfort with SOPs, version control for docs, and basic e-signature flows
  • Nice to have: light project coordination or procurement experience

Responsibilities

  • Support operations: invoicing prep, vendor onboarding, record keeping
  • Maintain templates, SOPs, and the internal knowledge base
  • Assist with hiring logistics, onboarding schedules, and access management
  • Coordinate calendars, travel light-touch, and recurring operational cadences
  • Track cross-team action items; escalate risks and blockers early
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase team velocity
