Requirements
- 3+ years administrative operations in tech, consulting, or media
- Advanced document and spreadsheet skills (formulas, formatting, templates)
- Excellent organization, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Discretion handling contracts, invoices, and sensitive information
- Comfort with SOPs, version control for docs, and basic e-signature flows
- Nice to have: light project coordination or procurement experience
Responsibilities
- Support operations: invoicing prep, vendor onboarding, record keeping
- Maintain templates, SOPs, and the internal knowledge base
- Assist with hiring logistics, onboarding schedules, and access management
- Coordinate calendars, travel light-touch, and recurring operational cadences
- Track cross-team action items; escalate risks and blockers early
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team velocity
